Key Responsibilities:
• Guide patrons on facility use and available services
• Enforce rules for secure and enjoyable facility use
• Collaborate in event execution with student experience
• Manage access through the Fusion software system
• Clean and organize equipment and facility areas
Requirements:
• Six months of related customer service experience
• Basic computer skills to manage the Fusion system
• Excellent communication for engaging patrons
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively
• Robust organizational skills for balancing multiple tasks
