Join Mt Seymour's Operations team as a full time Buildings Maintenance Technician. Utilize your plumbing and carpentry skills to ensure the functionality of our breathtaking North Vancouver facility.

This hands-on position involves working closely with the Maintenance Manager to execute all aspects of building maintenance. You will also assist in operating water and wastewater systems, playing a key role in maintaining the safety and effectiveness of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete work orders efficiently under supervision
• Maintain all aspects of plumbing, carpentry, and heating
• Assist with building renovations and small projects
• Monitor sewage treatment and domestic water systems
• Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years providing maintenance services
• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems
• Basic mechanical knowledge a must
• Robust organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedule
