Receptionist - Part Time

We are looking to fill a position for a part-time receptionist. The hours for this position are Sunday 11am to 5pm, Monday 8am to 5pm and Tuesday 8am to 5pm. We need a responsible individual with a winning attitude. Must be efficient, work well with others and have positive phone manners.

Job Responsibilities
Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business, and directs to the appropriate destination
Obtain and process information required to provide services
Operate switchboard and telephone system by answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
Record and relay information
Data entry and emails
Maintains a skilled appearance and neat work area
Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
