Carecor is hiring dedicated Personal Support Workers to support Transitional Care Units. You will be involved in providing essential care duties, improving the well-being of patients during your shifts that vary from 8 to 12 hours depending on facility needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in personal care and observational duties
• Promote emotional and physical well-being for patients
• Collaborate with nursing staff for optimal care
• Engage in 8 to 12 hour shifts at one facility
• Create a secure environment conducive to healing
Requirements:
• Valid PSW certificate or Nursing student
• Preferred CPI Certification for crisis intervention
• Current BLS certification and N95 Fit Test
• Up-to-date immunizations including MMRV
• Explicit Vulnerable Sector Police Check required
