The City of Grande Prairie is seeking permanent full-time and part time Emergency Communications Officers for the Public Safety Communications Center (PSCC). ECOs receive, evaluate, and prioritize calls, coordinating emergency response for police and fire services.
The ECO operates CAD and radios, provides dispatch instructions, and supports inter-agency coordination within a high-pressure 24/7 environment. Training, CQI, and security clearances are integral to the role.
