We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Supervisor to lead our quality control team and ensure that all paving projects meet and exceed industry standards.As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will oversee daily quality assurance activities, supervise technicians, and coordinate with project managers to maintain the highest level of project quality and client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and provide guidance to Quality Control TechniciansDevelop and implement quality control procedures and protocolsReview and interpret test results, ensuring compliance with industry standardsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding quality issuesConduct site inspections to verify workmanship and material qualityManage and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to quality controlEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsTrain and mentor new quality control staffContinuous improvement of quality control processesQualificationsPost‑secondary degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldProven experience in quality control within the road construction industryPrevious supervisory or leadership experienceStrong knowledge of asphalt, concrete,
