As a Registered Practical Nurse, you’ll ensure compliance with nursing principles while providing exceptional care. Your responsibilities include developing patient care plans and monitoring vital health metrics. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to working with seniors and previous experience in community home care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to established standards
• Assist with patient assessments and care plan evaluations
• Observe and document vital signs and health changes
• Process and implement physicians' orders effectively
• Maintain knowledge of infection control practices
Requirements:
• Current nursing competence certification from approved institutions
• Registration with the provincial nursing body or eligibility
• Experience in managing long-term care or community homecare
• History of dealing with cognitively impaired patients
• Effective communication and information synthesis skills
