Brunel is looking for a Track System Administrator to support our client in the chemical manufacturing sector. This role is essential for overseeing accurate time capture and ensuring compliance across labor reporting systems.
As a Track System Administrator, you will be part of the administrative team for a 12-month project. This position involves managing the time-entry process and serving as the main contact for vendor inquiries. Expertise in data management and solid communication skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead vendor onboarding into the TRACK system
• Ensure all labor reporting aligns with contractual agreements
• Facilitate meetings with vendor timekeepers for updates
• Develop and maintain reporting structures within Track
• Correct misallocations and ensure reconciliation each shift
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education with 7+ years relevant experience
• Robust computer skills, including SharePoint
• Knowledge of TRACK and SAP systems preferred
• Detail-oriented with effective time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
