Harbourfront Wealth Management is seeking an Advisor Services Associate for a 12–18 month contract, with adaptable location out of Vancouver, BC, Winnipeg, MB, or Burlington, ON. This role reports to the Manager, Advisor Support and focuses on delivering high-quality client service.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of administrative experience in a CIRO/back-office environment, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
