The Department of Opportunities and Social Development is inviting applications for a permanent Eligibility, Funding, and Assessment Coordinator position. Assess eligibility and allocate Disability Support Program funding

Ensure effective communication with diverse DSP participants Requirements:
Licensed Skilled in Nursing, Social Work, or other related fields
Minimum five years of relevant experience
