ThekeyfunctionsoftheSTCProjectCoordinatorrolearethecoordinationandmanagementofelectronicsecurityinstallationprojects.TheInstallationCoordinatoralsomanagesvariousstagesoftheinstallationprocessfromordervisibilitytoon-timedeliverytoinstallationtoorderclosure.Thesebusinessactivitiesincludeinterfacingdirectlywithcustomers,coordinatingprojectimplementationdeliverablesfromstarttofinishincoordinationwiththeRegionalInstallationManager,ProjectManagersand/orDirector Installation Operations Canada,interfacingwithinternaltechnicianresourcesandsubcontractors,establishingandmeetinginstallationprojectschedules,orderingpartsasneeded,anddrivingcustomersatisfaction.TheInstallationCoordinatorreportstotheDistrictInstallationManager.




MajorDutiesandResponsibilities SchedulingofInstallationTechnicianstoensurejobsareprioritizedtomeetrequirescustomercompletiondateswithDistrictInstallManagerandProjectManagersupport.
Driveinstallationprocessforallordersassignedfromstarttofinish,workinginclosealignmentwithProjectManagersandfieldleadership
CoordinationwithPMsspecifictosubcontractorsschedules,includingthetrackingofarrivalsanddeparturesto/fromcustomersites.
ReviewallnewordersassignedforCustomerContactInformation,ScopeofWork,andTraditional/TISallowances.
WorkscloselyastheprimarycustomercontacttoobtaingoodCustomerCompletionDates(CCD)anddetermineaccurateProjectedStartDates(PSD)whenassignedthisrolebytheDistrictInstallManager.
MaintainElectronicInstallationFoldersforallassignedorders.
