The role extends to internal communications, fostering our organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement. and values.Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with QFG’s employer brand strategyCreate content for social media channels to promote QFG’s Employer Brand including photography, videography, editing and internal approvals for contentWork with key internal stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas, in line with QFG’s Brand & Talent Attraction strategyMeasure social media performance in relation to Talent AcquisitionSupport and evaluate results of social media campaigns with hiring teamsAdhere to QFG’s brand style guide, ensuring that we produce high‑quality contentPromote QFG’s employer value proposition through social channelsCreate and manage a content calendar and provide talent branding strategiesWork with the marketing team to leverage best practices, cross‑promote, and streamline Questrade’s initiatives from both the client and employer perspectiveContinuously research social media for emerging trends and best practices; make recommendations toimprove our employer brand social positionRun and actively manage the Culture Champs ambassador programManage external employer branding review profiles to keep them updated, accurate, and engagingMonitor and respond to external comments related to the employer brand,
