Lead youth health initiatives as a Youth Health Centre Coordinator at Nova Scotia Health in Burnside. Engage with youth, support health equity, and enhance community partnerships within schools. As a key member of the Healthy Communities Public Health Team, the Youth Health Centre Coordinator provides leadership and support to youth in the assigned school facility. This role focuses on youth engagement, health navigation, and promoting health equity among students. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including school staff, health care providers, and community partners to create a supportive setting for youth health. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and informal assessments to youth

Navigate complex scenarios and support decision-making Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree in relevant health care discipline
Three years of experience working directly with youth
Registration with a regulated health care discipline
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
