Legal Books Inc. is seeking an experienced legal bookkeeper to manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple law firm clients in Canada. You will handle trust accounting, monthly reconciliations, reporting, HST calculations, and year-end records, using Clio, Soluno, Cosmolex, PCLaw or similar software.

The role requires 2–3+ years in bookkeeping, robust attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a adaptable hybrid/remote environment with a team-oriented team.
