As a Pharmacy Tech - Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. What You’ll Do

You’ll take charge of daily operations to ensure smooth and effective store functioning. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and supervising store staff to maintain a high level of customer service. Overseeing inventory management, including ordering and stocking pharmacy supplies.



Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and company policies. Assisting customers with inquiries and providing knowledgeable support. Creating schedules and managing workflow to optimize productivity. Collaborating with the pharmacy team to deliver excellent service and care. What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a candidate with a passion for customer service and strong organizational skills. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience

in a pharmacy or retail management role. Strong communication skills in

English and Spanish (preferred)

to assist a diverse customer base. A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively. Leadership skills to inspire and guide your team. A commitment to ensuring compliance and upholding high standards of service.
