This position develops and maintains Power BI reports and dashboards, performs ad hoc analyses, and translates complex data into clear visualizations for business stakeholders. In parallel,



the role supports system integrations by maintaining data connections, monitoring APIs, and troubleshooting data or integration issues to minimize business disruption. The position partners cross-functionally with Operations, IT, development teams, and business leaders to monitor performance, identify trends, and ensure accurate, dependable data across platforms.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Data Analytics:Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholdersCreate clear, actionable visualizations that communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiencesDesign and implement self-service reporting solutions to enable data-driven decision makingPerform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiativesWrite SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sourcesIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendationsCollect, clean, and prepare data for analysis and reportingMaintain advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and ExcelApply mathematical and analytical skills for complex queries, data interpretation, and problem-solvingCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business requirementsIntegration Support:Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve systems and integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operationsCreate, monitor, and maintain API connections for integration between internal and external systemsWork closely with development teams, operations, sales, service, product owners, and third-party vendors to ensure systems meet the organization's business needsMaintain detailed documentation of integration processes,
