You'll work alongside robotic laser cells, CNC press brakes, and forming equipment—supporting a growing fabrication shop.## Your Growth Path (This Isn't a Dead-End Position)* Laborers who show aptitude and reliability have clear paths into skilled roles:* Brake press operation (CNC programming, offline software)* Laser operation (fiber laser cells, nesting software)* Rolling and forming (CNC plate rollers, automated bending)* Other skilled fabrication roles with hands-on training## About the Role* Quiet, respectful, and relaxed yet demanding production environment. This role keeps the shop running smoothly—moving material, supporting fabricators, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness standards that make precision work possible.## What You'll Do* Material handling: load/unload sheet stock, move parts between stations, separate and stage sheets* Feed laser, brake press, and other machines as needed* Assembly of sheet metal components* Grinding, deburring, and part finishing* Packaging and shipping prep* Shop organization and cleanliness—tools back where they belong, floors clear, stations ready* Assist fabricators at brake press, laser, and welding stations* Basic equipment maintenance and forklift operation* Keep work areas safe, organized,
