The role is essential in providing support and instruction to staff across the local and wider support services team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise cleaning teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety and quality standards.Provide support and instruction to staff, fostering a positive working environment.Maintain effective communication with other services.Cover additional shifts, including weekends, on short notice when required.Qualifications & RequirementsPrevious supervisory experience, preferably with large teams.Experience working within the cleaning sector.PC-literate.Solid communication and interpersonal skills.Desirable:
