A Mortgage Specialist Associate plays a key role in supporting mortgage origination by ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing of mortgage applications in a high‑volume financial services environment. The role works closely with Mortgage Specialists to gather, verify, and package documentation for mortgage submissions, accelerating approval and funding decisions. It requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, management of multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and liaison between banking teams, external partners, and head office stakeholders.AccountabilitiesSupport the end‑to‑end mortgage application process by ensuring documentation accuracy, coordinating stakeholders, and enabling efficient deal progression from submission to funding. Work closely with Mortgage Specialists and internal teams to deliver a seamless client and advisor experience.Collect, review, and package mortgage documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy for submissionSupport Mortgage Specialists by gathering application details, notes, and supporting materials required for deal processingCoordinate appraisal orders and act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders, including lending and internal servicing teamsMaintain active client and file engagement to ensure smooth progression through the mortgage approval processRespond to head office inquiries, clarify policies, and resolve administrative or process‑related issuesUpdate and track mortgage files using CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce) and provide status reporting to stakeholdersEnsure adherence to internal procedures, compliance requirements,



and service standards to support timely funding outcomesRequirementsThis position requires experience in mortgage administration or financial services, along with robust organizational abilities and attention to detail.
