The Controller owns the full finance function, ensures accuracy in reporting, and continuously improves processes, systems, and workflows. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build, optimize, and influence rather than maintain the status quo.ResponsibilitiesOwn the general ledger and ensure accuracy across all accounting activitiesLead month-end close including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reportingManage revenue recognition across contract and permanent placement streamsPrepare monthly financial statements and deliver clear, actionable insightsPerform variance analysis and support budgeting and forecasting cyclesMonitor cash flow and manage banking relationships and credit facilitiesOversee GST/HST filings, payroll remittances,
