Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Account Processing Officer. As a Account Processing Officer -you will be part of the Operations Department supporting client transaction processing and account management. Job Title: Account Processing Officer

Pay Range: 23.25$/hr

Shift: Day Shift (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM), with hybrid work arrangements after training

What's the Job?

Processing credit card transactions, rejects, and exceptions accurately and efficiently Investigating requests for credit balance refunds and resolving issues promptly Reviewing transactions and obtaining proper approvals to ensure compliance Providing professional, timely, and efficient service to clients and branch requests Collaborating with colleagues and management to improve service quality and streamline processes What's Needed?

Solid attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and follow established processes Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reside within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) What's in it for me?
