Role Description

We are looking for a full time Sr. Project Manager, with 7+ years experience, to work in our SUE Group.



The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for utilities and how the relate to civil infrastructure. Must be located in the Greater Toronto / Golden Horseshoe Area, however will be working mostly from home office. In the PM role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing SUE projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will also effectively monitor and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

- Manage and deliver SUE projects from initiation through completion.
- Prepare technical proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
- Oversee the production of SUE deliverables and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Manage project budgets, profitability, and financial performance.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, including survey and vacuum excavation providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, utility owners, and project stakeholders.
- Represent 4Sight at client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.




- Identify opportunities to expand and promote 4Sight's SUE services within your market area.
- Ensure all work products meet our commitment to quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical leaders and operational teams to resolve project challenges and improve project outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes, standards, and best practices.

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate

- Strong understanding of Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) principles, practices, and industry standards.
- Experience managing engineering, utility, survey, or infrastructure-related projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
- Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external subcontractors.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of utility coordination, municipal infrastructure, transportation, or civil engineering projects is considered an asset.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering Technician
- EIT, P.Eng, OLS, CET, C.Tech, or PMP, is desirable

- CA$100K to $140K annual salary, dependent on qualifications and experience.
