Analyze client requirements and propose software solutions
Design and document SuccessFactors modules
Assist in developing functional specifications
Support testing and training of end users
Lead client workshops for effective communication Requirements:
Robust experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules
Familiarity with project planning methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Excel
At least 4 significant implementation cycles
