Overview

The Manager of Recruitment and Retention is responsible for coordinating, standardizing, and optimizing recruitment, onboarding, and retention across our network of Tim Hortons restaurants. This role acts as the central hiring and workforce-planning function.

The position maintains real-time visibility into staffing levels and labour shortages by restaurant and role, manages high-volume recruitment pipelines, and ensures all hiring and onboarding practices comply with Prince Edward Island employment law and federal immigration requirements.
