Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain HVAC, plumbing,

Requirements: • Minimum eight years of building operations experience • Valid Class 4 Power Engineer's Certificate • Experience managing asbestos materials • Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance technology • Ability to travel within British Columbia as required
