About the job RQ08673 - Solutions Designer - SeniorThe purpose of this RFS is to acquire one (1) Senior Solutions Designer (Lead Developer) for the designing of hosted technology solutions based on the OPS service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models in order to deliver applications hosted by LTC that meet the business requirements and project/initiative deliverable specifications.The consultant will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements and functional specifications into working, tested, and configurable components and applications.The services and deliverables to be provided by the vendor will include:Leads Scrum agile development as both a senior developer and a scrum masterLeads task planning, daily standups, iteration demos, and review meetingsPrepares and oversees the preparation of technical project plans, leads teams, determines project schedules, monitors activities and initiates change as needed, and coordinates complex software troubleshooting, develops test plans, and communicates and promotes changesEstablishes and documents build and deployment processes, creates initial build scripts, troubleshoots build issues, and provides advice to deployment coordinatorsOversees the preparation and definition of system requirements; assists the solutions architects in architectural proof of concepts, project sizing and estimating, and creates mandatory checkpoint artefacts, schedules, and quality criteria; creates work packages, and conducts complex application programming, coding,
