You will oversee clinical standards, engage with residents and families, and ensure adherence to safety and quality improvement initiatives. Manage clinical program areas under Extendicare’s care model
Develop and implement risk management strategies
Ensure compliance with all care regulations and standards




Collaborate on resident care with interdisciplinary teams
Lead initiatives for quality improvement and resident satisfaction Requirements:
At least three years of RN experience in long-term care
Valid registration with Provincial nursing authority
Bachelor’s in Nursing or related diploma preferred
CPR certification necessary
