ResponsibilitiesOperate front‑end loader to feed the asphalt plant, manage material stockpiles, and load trucks safely and efficiently.Support and operate asphalt plant equipment under the guidance of the Foreperson, with training provided over time.Perform daily equipment inspections, routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, refuelling, and complete required maintenance and operating logs.Operate two‑way radios and other communication equipment.Other duties as assigned.Willingness to learn all facets of the operation.RequirementsAbility to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs., frequent standing, bending, crouching, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Mechanical aptitude and previous experience in manufacturing, asphalt plants, or heavy equipment operation are considered assets.Ability to work long shifts,
