Job Title: Inventory Control AssistantLocation: Scarborough, OntarioShift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pmPay Rate: $20.00/hrThe Inventory Control Associate supports accurate tracking and storage of materials to ensure production needs are met. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, managing stock levels, and using the SAP system to support the production schedule.ResponsibilitiesLiaise between Client Supply Chain and Production Teams.Performing clerical functions such as answering calls, entering data into computers (knowledge of Advanced Excel and SAP) and helping customers.Maintaining and updating required inventory levels for products and materials.Verify receipt of products & materials from suppliers.Prepare a daily report on all production for the previous day and publish it to all stakeholders .Conduct reconciliations of all completed projects.Perform cycle counts on all component inventory to minimize discrepancies in counts.Ensure the production lines are being utilized to maximize efficiencies .Other duties as assigned.Skills & QualificationsStrong organization skills to record details such as barcodes, supplies, damages, etc.Ability to work independently and learn on the job.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Time management skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Robust math and critical thinking skills.RequirementsCollege diploma or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years of related experience.Experience with Inventory Procedures.Computer proficient.Knowledge of GMPsQuality orientation and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.Should you require accommodation during the onboarding process, please make the request to your local office contact at the onset of the process.
