Join Manulife’s Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) Delivery team as a Senior IT Project Manager, where you will lead high‑impact technology initiatives that enable critical business capabilities across the organization. In this role, you’ll deliver complex enterprise infrastructure and services projects while partnering closely with business and technology leaders to support Manulife’s long‑term strategy, operational resilience, and customer outcomes.Reporting to the Program Director, Network, Data Center, and End User Services, you’ll manage projects that are visible at senior leadership levels and play a key role in how technology supports Manulife’s evolving business needs.Position ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise technology projects, from business case development through implementation and closureManage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across complex, multi‑team initiativesDeliver projects primarily using waterfall methodologies, incorporating Agile practices where appropriateEnsure outcomes are aligned with business objectives and technology standardsStakeholder & Team LeadershipPartner with technology teams, application owners, vendors, and business stakeholders to align goals and expectationsAct as a trusted liaison between project teams, sponsors, and client groupsBuild alignment and consensus across cross‑functional teams without formal authorityClearly define roles, responsibilities, and resource requirementsRisk, Governance & Financial ManagementIdentify, assess, and manage risks and issues; elevate appropriately to ensure transparency and timely resolutionManage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reportingEnsure projects adhere to Manulife’s global project governance frameworks, standards, and controlsCommunication & Continuous ImprovementProvide transparent, concise, and regular communication to project teams, sponsors, and senior leadersPresent complex technical and business information in a clear and actionable wayIdentify opportunities to improve project delivery methods, tools,
