This full-time position involves developing targeted programs and fostering community connections to enhance wellness initiatives. The successful candidate will also facilitate the Harmony Program, ensuring effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and create client-focused wellness programs • Develop partnerships with local businesses for program enhancement • Manage technology aspects of the Harmony Program • Understand and promote resident-directed Philosophy of Service • Evaluate program effectiveness to meet client needs
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in leisure studies or related field • Experience with seniors in recreational programming • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Current First Aid & CPR certification • Willingness to undergo a criminal record check upon hire
