for training and troubleshooting; Oversee thequality of the pouching and ensure the finished product falls within specifications; Learn and ensure manufacturing to TJP's necessary (additional) Standard Operating Procedures as required to maintain Drug Establishment License activities in Canada; Carry out initialmaintenance with TJP staff and support the workers being trained on maintenance techniques; Create schedules and oversee growth to triple shift environment; Establish methodsto meet work schedules and co-ordinate work; Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality; Requisitionmaterials and supplies; Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions; andPrepareproduction and other reports.Requirements:2+ years of experience with packaging machinery (eg. G.D Snus Packer / Maker); Knowledge of the maintenance and components of packaging equipment/machinery; Experience operating packaging equipment/machinery and components; Completion,or ability to obtain WHMIS Certification; Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Ability to obtainGMP, HACCP, ISO 9001 training#J-18808-Ljbffr
