consultants, and contractors to advance community‑shaping infrastructure.Promotea culture of safety, innovation, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction.Skills That Set You ApartA degree inCivil Engineeringwith P.Eng designation in Current Brunswick.10 Years of experienceExperience delivering and leading municipal infrastructure projects such as water, wastewater, drainage systems, or transportation corridors.Strong familiarity with municipal clients, permitting processes, and infrastructure priorities within Atlantic Canada.Proven ability to mentor, develop, and motivate technical teams while fostering a collaborative culture.Business development experience with demonstrated success building client relationships and growing market share.Proficiency with design and modeling tools used in municipal engineering (e.G., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydrotechnical modeling).CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:$122,900 – $162,800MB & ON:$112,100 – $154,400NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:$111,000 - $147,400DisclosureThe final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
