If you’re passionate about making an impact and being part of a company that’s redefining online retail, we’d love to meet you.About the RoleOur ‘Owned Brands’ Team is looking for a data‑driven Ecommerce Growth Lead – Private Labels to scale our private label business. This role owns sales targets, uncovers growth opportunities, and drives strategic initiatives in close collaboration with Marketing, VDG, and B2B teams. AI is a key enabler in how this team drives efficiency and effectiveness – from accelerating data analysis and automating repetitive research tasks, to generating content at scale and sharpening commercial decisions. We actively look for ways to use AI to work smarter and deliver stronger results. Candidates who bring this mindset, or are eager to develop it, will thrive in this role. The ideal candidate brings a sharp commercial instinct, thrives under competing priorities, and knows how to turn data into decisions that move the needle. B.C.What You'll Be DoingIdentify product development and launch strategies to expand private label coverage with high‑potential products.Partner with Marketing and Analytics to identify catalog gaps and develop white‑label solutions.Enable new and existing vendor launches through private label initiatives.Identify and support private label opportunities for enrollment in owned inventory.Monitor and report changes in ASP, AOV, and sales trends for key vendors and owned brands.Collaborate with Analytics to recommend pricing and promotional strategies for private label growth.Manage content initiatives for top SKUs, leveraging internal and marketplace insights to drive growth and efficiency.Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Account Management, and Merchandising to align data insights with execution.Present data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to highlight key growth levers.What You BringProven experience owning ecommerce strategy or business analytics in a commercially oriented environment – you’ve managed P&L; responsibilities, driven measurable revenue growth, and made decisions with imperfect information.Deep familiarity with marketplace dynamics, particularly Amazon – buy box mechanics, pricing strategy, lead time management, and competitive positioning.Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and at least one BI platform (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent). You’re comfortable navigating existing dashboards and pulling your own data when needed – deep technical build skills are less important than knowing how to get to the right answer.Experience managing large product catalogs is an asset.Comfortable presenting data‑driven insights to senior leadership and translating commercial complexity into clear narratives.A track record of working effectively across multiple teams – Marketing, Merchandising, Analytics, Vendor Management – and keeping projects moving without direct authority.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced credential is a plus, but not required.AI FluencyWe’re an AI‑forward team and expect this to be a genuine part of how you work.

The expected salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000 depending on various factors including experience, skills, training and certifications, market demands, and organizational needs.
