About the PositionScarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) is seeking experienced On‑Call Enhanced Security Officers / Investigators to support client operations across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. While there may not be immediate openings, qualified candidates will be considered as needs arise. SSRG is an ISO31000, ISO9001 and ISO45001 certified company and one of Canada’s leading security companies, providing client‑centric security, technology, risk management, and investigation solutions.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining excellent customer service with clients, visitors, and team membersControlling access to facilities, issuing passes, and directing visitorsConducting mobile, vehicle, building, and foot patrolsMonitoring site activities and identifying suspicious behavior or security risksResponding to alarms, incidents, and emergencies as requiredConducting investigations and preparing detailed written reports and notesMaintaining accurate records of security‑related activities (written and electronic)Operating surveillance and security control‑room equipmentEnforcing site regulations in accordance with SSRG Site Manuals and client instructionsProviding added value and professionalism in all interactionsRequirementsValid BC Security Worker LicenseValid BC Private Investigator License or PI Under Supervision LicenseValid Class 5 BC Driver’s LicenseICS 100 certification (asset)Solid investigative skills based on formal trainingBackground in law enforcement, corrections,
