Our vision is clear: to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.Your RoleAt the heart of the chainCompensationSalary Range: $48,125.00 - $60,156.50Core DutiesSafety and ComplianceEnsure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environmentEnforce safe working methods and behaviors within the teamConduct safety audits and warehouse checksSupervise warehouse traffic, van audits and ensure secure vehicle movementsEnsure warehouse cleanliness and organizationRespond to emergencies as requiredCleaning, general housekeepingOperations and LogisticsOversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory managementOversee the package dispatching processConduct quality checkups on return pickups and the return-to-client processCreate/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPsGenerate the next day’s route plan and send optimization emails to the Optimization teamConduct IDCs/Drivers check in/out, loadingUnload trailers and verify freight against manifestsAssist with sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns)Reporting and AdministrationMaintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs, and submit comprehensive daily reportsComplete daily reports and submit to the clients, Station team and Manager (AMZ Daily Case report, Shift Handover, etc.)Audit Proof of Delivery (POD)
