The successful candidate will work with adults with communication challenges,



implementing therapy plans and helping clients achieve their communication goals.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized therapy programsConduct one-on-one and/or small group therapy sessionsTake accurate and clean SOAP notes during the sessionsPrepare therapy materials and activities tailored to client needsCommunicate effectively with caregivers regarding progress and home practice strategiesMaintain a clean, organized, and engaging therapy environmentFollow all clinical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and qualified regulationsQualificationsMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or Communication Sciences and Disorders)Current registration with College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)Experience working with individuals with communication disorders, adults with developmental disabilities (preferred)Expertise needed in augmentative/assistive communication for nonverbal individuals with autism, feeding and swallowing assessments, IDDSI model familiarityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to follow direction and work collaboratively within a clinical teamOrganized, reliable, and detail-orientedPassion for helping individuals improve their communication skillsValid Ontario driver's license requiredBenefitsCasual dressFlexible scheduleOn-site parking#J-18808-Ljbffr
