Alberta Health Services is seeking recently graduated Registered Nurses for its Transitional Graduate Nurse Program. This 12-month program consists of two phases, combining orientation with mentorship and independent practice in a supportive setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic nursing services to patients and families
• Collaborate with Clinical Guides for personalized learning
• Engage in both orientation and independent practice phases
• Utilize critical thinking in patient care

Requirements:
• Completion of accredited nursing education program
• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• BCLS-HCP certification required
• Recent graduates eligible within 12 months of application
• Must be able to lift and transport patients
