Complete resident care assessments and service plans
Administer medications and document compliance
Coordinate resident care assignments for nursing teams
Respond to medical emergencies and significant condition changes
Provide education to residents and families Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse license in applicable province
Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
Solid communication and time management skills
Ability to delegate tasks effectively
