This role, reporting to the Manager of Health & Safety, emphasizes the facilitation and monitoring of essential safety programs. You will engage with staff and leadership to minimize risks while implementing comprehensive health and safety training and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support health & safety initiatives
• Conduct safety audits and corrective action facilitation
• Develop and deliver employee safety training
• Analyze safety data for improvement
• Foster collaboration within the Joint Health & Safety Committee
Requirements:
• Degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety
• 3 - 5 years of H&S; experience
• Familiar with state safety regulations and standards
• Valid Advanced First Aid Certificate or EMT certification
• Expertise in document control and analysis
