Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial screenings and supervise shelter residents • Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling • Develop programs focusing on social and life skills • Ensure proper documentation of resident interactions • Collaborate with colleagues for holistic support
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field • Minimum of 2 years skilled experience • Certified in First Aid/CPR and crisis intervention • Familiarity with anti-oppression and trauma-informed care • Strong organizational and communication skills
