Job DetailsSalary: $52,000 annually (equal to $25.00 per hour)Work schedules are expected to be shifts of 8.5 hours 5 days a week.Depending on the business operation, these shifts will continuously vary from early mornings, day, afternoons, evenings and overnights shifts. This position does not include an LMIA.Proficiency with:MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Access, Accounting software, Electronic cash register, Point of Sale system, MS ExcelDuties and ResponsibilitiesDaily shift accountability following McDonald's operations systemIdentify operational gaps on shift, diagnose and provide direction and coachingReview and analyze guest count, sales, and profit resultsRegular monitoring of company communication to stay informed of promotions and procedural changes. May include sharing, teaching, or coaching staff on information receivedFollow and oversee food safety standards through daily certifications, maintaining physical plant cleanliness standards, and monitoring staff actionsFollow McDonald's high standard of people practicesSeek guest feedback.
