You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns are powered by accurate data, efficient workflows, and scalable infrastructure.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the intersection of marketing and technology and wants to drive efficiency through systems and automation.Marketing Technology & CRM ManagementOwn and manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Maximizer, etc.), including data hygiene, segmentation, and workflowsBuild and maintain lead routing, scoring models, and lifecycle stagesSupport revenue operations and ensure alignment between marketing and sales systemsMarketing Automation & Email SystemsBuild, optimize, and manage email marketing automations and nurture sequencesDevelop and maintain campaign workflows across platformsEnsure proper tracking, triggers, and integrations across toolsWebsite & Technical InfrastructureOwn website and landing page infrastructure (CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot)Implement tracking, forms,
