You are technically curious, eager to learn, and comfortable asking questions while taking initiative to move work forward.A Day in the Life:Work alongside senior consultants on real client projects—deployments, upgrades, migrations, and hands‑on supportProvide deskside and onsite support, helping users while delivering a great customer experienceLearn and support core networking basics: LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, switching, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, and firewallsSupport Windows Server fundamentals, including Active Directory/Azure AD users & groups, file/print services, and basic troubleshootingCommunicate clearly with clients—in person, by phone, and in writing—setting expectations and providing updatesCreate transparent documentation so work is easy to understand, repeat,
