This full-time role requires a Senior Youth & Family Counsellor to engage with children and families during rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate structured environments fostering client growth • Participate in meetings for planning and team collaboration • Provide therapeutic interventions through case management • Maintain program spaces and oversee daily operations • Assist in crisis management and volunteer coordination
Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Social Work, Child & Youth Care, or equivalent • Minimum four years relevant experience in residential care • CPR and First Aid certification required • Full class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation • Robust commitment to health and safety protocols
