Salary is determined based on experience, skills, and other factors.Department OverviewCredit Risk Policy (CRP) group is accountable for review of all enterprise-level and segment-level credit policies, model governance for Canadian non‑retail models, and leads enterprise-level credit risk initiatives, including regulatory projects.Role OverviewThe Manager in the Credit Risk Initiatives team will drive the RWA credit risk forecast process and credit risk analytics, and support additional initiatives such as model implementation and advanced analytics.ResponsibilitiesExecute quarterly Credit Risk RWA forecast and prepare presentation materials for risk executives.Develop deep insights into the drivers of RWA and enhance forecasting methodologies across the enterprise.Build and enhance RWA credit risk reporting and dashboards to communicate key messaging to executives and stakeholders.Perform ad hoc credit risk analyses, including sensitivity and scenario analyses to support model and regulatory changes.Enhance governance, documentation and streamline the end-to-end RWA forecasting process.Implement and execute new quantitative models used for RWA forecasting,



including tools for sensitivity analysis across various scenarios.Advance credit risk analytics to identify portfolio trends, risks, and opportunities.Collaborate frequently with teams within Credit Risk, Enterprise Capital Management, Finance and Model Development.QualificationsUnderstanding of regulatory frameworks related to credit risk, capital requirements, and RWA calculations.Proficiency in Python and other programming languages for implementing and enhancing RWA forecasting models.Strong analytical skills and experience with business analytical tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and influence to deliver on key priorities.Project management skills, capable of managing multiple deliverables with competing priorities.Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and dashboards that deliver solid messaging for executive-level audiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Commitment to continuously enhance capabilities, improve processes, and strive for better outcomes.Education & ExperienceMinimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in capital RWA, credit risk or a related field.Undergraduate or graduate business degree or equivalent relevant experience.BenefitsCompetitive base salary, variable compensation, health and wellness benefits, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
