Senior Clinical Data Manager

Small CRO | Full time | Remote, Canada or US

Our client is a well established small CRO known for providing top notch clinical solutions to a range of small and mid sized biotech companies.

They are seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager to join their team remotely, based in Canada or the US. This is a lead role requiring at least 7 years of experience in clinical data management within a CRO or pharma setting, including 3 years of independent lead experience, and hands on oncology trial experience.

Key responsibilities

- Manage data processing tasks and timelines for clinical trials, including oncology studies
- Oversee data quality control, ensuring compliance with SOPs and sponsor guidelines
- Lead data management projects, coordinate activities,



and develop database validation checks
- Design case report forms (CRFs) and handle quality control
- Train and guide junior staff and data entry teams

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
- 7+ years of clinical data management experience, including 3+ years in an independent lead capacity
- Prior experience working on oncology clinical trials is required
- Familiarity with clinical trial regulations and data management processes
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
