In the air and on land, our teams deliver equity in emergency response and uplift the lives of those in our care.Responsibilitiesdaily administrative support to base staff, fostering a safe, collaborative, and professional work environmentCoordinate and manage administrative tasks including payroll activities and inventory tracking for medications, consumables, and equipmentOrganize and schedule internal and external meetings (in-person and virtual), prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutesCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational updates and complianceSupport technical and operational processes to maintain efficiency and resource utilizationPromote Ornge’s mission and values through professional interactions and teamworkQualificationsPost‑secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in administrative coordination or operations support, ideally in healthcare, EMS, or a similar environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced settingExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to prepare reports, correspondence,
