Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services for residents effectively • Lead shift reports to ensure team communication • Document significant changes in residents’ conditions accurately • Process and implement physician orders promptly • Communicate concerns regarding physician orders proactively
Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing • Knowledge in long-term care nursing regulations • Registration with the provincial nursing registry • Strong awareness of health and safety laws • Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
