The successful candidates will provide academic support to student inquiries pertaining to online course content and course completion with subject matter expertise, specializing in Mathematics, Physics, Business and/or Accounting. Eligibility requires an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) certification and membership in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.How You Will Make An ImpactAssist students with academic queries and course content clarifications in a timely mannerLiaise effectively with Academic Manager and Guidance Counsellors to optimize student support and successProvide support to the Administrative Unit on any issues related to the academic content of ILC courses and course selectionAssess and evaluate ILC course student submission in the teacher’s area of specialization, following Growing Success guidelinesStay current on Ministry of Education updates and initiativesAdhere to the Standards of Practice and Ethical Standards for the Teaching ProfessionLiaise with ILC Teacher Markers in specific subject areasPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Will Bring To TVOMust be an OCT certified teacher and member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers with Intermediate/Senior qualifications in Mathematics, Physics, Business and/or Accounting.Must have demonstrated knowledge of the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum, policies and guidelines,
